These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online gambling platform operated under the brand name Mamen4D, accessible at https://mamen4d.asia ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", or "our"). Mamen4D provides online sports betting, live casino gaming, 4D lottery services, electronic gaming slots, and related promotional services to eligible users.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or using any feature of the mamen4d platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of geographic location, device type, or access method (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application). Where a specific promotion, game type, or feature carries its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms shall be read in conjunction with these Terms; in the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms shall prevail in respect of that specific matter.

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the mamen4d Platform, uniquely associated with one natural person.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus cash, or free bet credits credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotion, welcome offer, or loyalty reward. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "FPX" means Financial Process Exchange, the interbank online payment network operated by PayNet in Malaysia and used by all major Malaysian banks for real-time transfers.
• "DuitNow" means the instant fund transfer service operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet), enabling real-time transfers between participating Malaysian financial institutions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under international anti-money laundering standards and responsible gambling obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia, which is the primary display currency on the mamen4d Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described under Section 8 of these Terms that is forbidden on the Platform.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the independently certified software algorithm used to determine outcomes in electronic casino games.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players by a game, expressed as a percentage.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Eligible User" means a natural person who meets all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the mamen4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. Mamen4D enforces strict age verification as part of the KYC process. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or adjudged legally incompetent may not register.
4. You must hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
5. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
6. You must not be a current or former employee, agent, contractor, or affiliate of Mamen4D, or an immediate family member of any such person.
7. You must not be included on any government sanctions list or international watchlist maintained by any financial regulatory authority.

When registering an Account on mamen4d, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information should it change.

KYC Verification: All Accounts are subject to identity verification ("KYC") before the first withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), and in some instances proof of address and payment method ownership. Mamen4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to withhold withdrawal processing pending successful KYC completion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Mamen4D will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email.

Single Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one Account at any time. If duplicate accounts are identified, Mamen4D reserves the right to close all but the first registered Account, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any Balance attributable to Prohibited Conduct.

Account Inactivity: An Account that has recorded no login, deposit, or wager activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Mamen4D may deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee from dormant Account balances. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Mamen4D supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian users: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect (via FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT). Availability of specific channels is subject to change without advance notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is RM30, except for cryptocurrency deposits where the equivalent fiat minimum is MYR 30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier; refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits.

Withdrawal Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. DuitNow transfers are typically processed within 10 minutes. FPX bank transfers may take up to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed; operational requirements may occasionally extend processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance must have been satisfied.
• Your withdrawal request must not exceed your applicable daily withdrawal limit as set by your Account tier.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending security review or dispute.

Currency: All Account balances and transactions are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you have specifically opted for a cryptocurrency account denomination. Currency conversion for cryptocurrency deposits is applied at the exchange rate current at the time of deposit processing.

Mamen4D offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The availability, terms, and duration of any specific promotion are set out in the applicable promotional page on the Platform.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means you must place a cumulative total of MYR 3,500 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — sports betting and live casino tables may have differing contribution percentages; consult the promotion's specific terms.

One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.

Bonus Abuse: Mamen4D monitors wagering patterns across all Accounts. If, in our reasonable judgement, a User or group of Users is engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure — we reserve the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.

Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, all unclaimed or uncleared bonus credits expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from Accounts.

Mamen4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to amend the terms of any bonus offer with reasonable notice. Changes will be published on the relevant promotional page.

All bets placed on the mamen4d Platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules in force at the time the bet is accepted. These rules are accessible from the relevant product section of the Platform.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and all other sporting events are governed by the sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules; generally, postponed events scheduled to resume within 24 hours are kept open, while cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.

Live Betting: In-play bets on live football and other live events are accepted at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including immediately prior to a goal, red card, or other significant match event. Bets accepted before such suspension remain valid; any bets placed after the relevant event occurred but before the market was suspended may be voided.

Electronic Games & Slots: All electronic games on the mamen4d Platform use certified RNG technology. Published RTP figures reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific return in any single gaming session. Results of any individual game round are entirely independent of all preceding rounds.

4D Lottery: 4D lottery draws are conducted in accordance with the specific rules published in the 4D section of the Platform. Results are final once published. Claims for incorrect results must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of draw publication.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all product categories. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, game, and Account tier. Mamen4D reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any Account at any time without prior notice where we have reason to believe unusual betting activity is occurring.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mamen4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using the accounts of other persons.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any purpose related to the financing of illegal activities.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated process to interfere with, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or malfunction to place bets at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions. Winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the mamen4d Platform, software, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Mamen4D staff, agents, or other users via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Mamen4D is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take that responsibility seriously. The following responsible gambling tools and policies are in place on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits that prevent further play once a specified total loss within a defined period has been reached.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders and automatic session end times to manage their gaming duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their Account is suspended for wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the mamen4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, audio, video, data compilations, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mamen4D or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

The Mamen4D name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks — in any medium, for any purpose — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mamen4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, including maintenance periods, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Any errors in odds, game results, or account calculations that are promptly corrected once identified — any bets placed at erroneous odds or under incorrect conditions are subject to void and correction.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any legal consequences you experience in your jurisdiction as a result of accessing or using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Mamen4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

Where Mamen4D's liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arises.

Mamen4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, including any Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when required.
• Receipt of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider in connection with deposits made to the Account.
• Receipt of a court order, law enforcement directive, or regulatory instruction to freeze or close the Account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime in connection with Account activity.
• Breach of our Responsible Gambling policy, including confirmed underage access.

Where an Account is closed following a finding of Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Mamen4D will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Balance net of bonus funds will be returned to the Account holder via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mamen4D's gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

Internal Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a bet settlement, account action, or bonus calculation, you must contact our support team in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under our gaming licence framework. Details of applicable escalation channels are available from our support team upon request.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable law of your country of residence.

Mamen4D reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting User rights, financial obligations, or eligibility criteria — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to all registered Account holders and by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform.

Where amendments are non-material (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or administrative updates that do not affect User rights), they may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision date. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
